Getting to the Conference Venue
Vacaville is centrally located in Solano County, Northern California, making it easily accessible from multiple major airports. We recommend flying into Sacramento International Airport (SMF) or Oakland International Airport (OAK). Rental cars and ride-share services are widely available from all airports.
Sacramento International Airport (SMF) — Recommended
SMF is the closest and most convenient airport to the conference venue.
From SMF, the drive to Sunrise Banquet Hall & Event Center is approximately 45–55 minutes via I-80 West.

Oakland International Airport (OAK) — Recommended
OAK is a great alternative with strong domestic flight options and a shorter drive than SFO.
